Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

1. Scope and responsibility

ARC39 Technologies Inc. is responsible for personal information collected through this launch website and its interest-registration form. This notice covers visitors and people requesting launch and product updates. It does not describe processing within a future ARC39 platform.

2. Information we collect

We collect the email address you submit and any information you send when contacting us. Our hosting, security, and diagnostic providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, security signals, and error or performance data. Please do not send confidential investment information or sensitive personal information through the registration form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use your email to maintain your registration and send the launch and product updates you request. Where consent is required, your registration provides consent for those updates, which you may withdraw at any time. We process technical information to protect the website, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and understand performance. Where applicable, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable website, subject to your rights, and obtain consent where required. We also use information to answer requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Providing your email is optional; without it, we cannot register you for updates.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use Airtable to store registrations; Cloudflare to host and protect the website, provide Turnstile verification, and measure website usage and performance; and Sentry to diagnose errors and monitor performance. These providers process information relevant to their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell registration information or share it for third-party advertising.

5. Browser technologies

The website loads scripts for security verification, performance measurement, and error reporting. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies or local storage to track visitors. Turnstile processes browser and device signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Browser storage may also be used for site preferences. Blocking scripts or storage may affect website functionality, including registration. This website does not use advertising trackers or Sentry session replay.

6. Retention

Registration information is kept for the launch and product-update purpose while that purpose remains active, until you withdraw your request or the update programme ends. If we abandon the launch and cease updates, that purpose ends. We may retain limited information needed to honor an opt-out, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. For routine technical records, our default is the provider’s standard retention period for the service and plan in use. Cloudflare Workers logs are retained for up to seven days; Sentry diagnostic retention varies by plan and data type. Specific records may be kept longer when necessary to investigate an unresolved incident or meet a legal preservation duty. Contact us to request deletion or information about applicable retention settings.

7. International processing and security

We are based in the United States and use providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Our default approach for transfers requiring safeguards is to use the provider’s standard data processing agreement and applicable Standard Contractual Clauses, including the UK Addendum where required, unless an applicable adequacy decision covers the transfer. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your information. We use access controls and other technical measures to protect information, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may withdraw your request for updates or request deletion by emailing support@arc39.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and complain to a data protection authority where you live or work. These rights may be subject to exceptions. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before responding. We do not use registrations to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

9. Children and changes

This website is intended for adults, not children. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information so we can address it. We may update this notice as our practices change and will display the revision date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
